Can I transfer my medical records to another practice?
Yes, we can transfer a Health Summary free of charge upon receiving a signed consent form from your new practice. A full record transfer incurs a $22 fee, and once transferred, you cannot return to our clinic for two years.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel. A $55 non-attendance fee may apply for missed appointments.
How can I request a repeat prescription?
Repeat prescriptions can be requested via the Hotdoc App for a private fee. This fee is not covered by Medicare.
How do I get my test results?
Book a follow-up appointment to discuss results with your doctor. Reception staff cannot provide results over the phone, except for cervical screenings.
What payment methods do you accept?
Full payment is required at the time of service for non-bulk billing services. Any claimable Medicare rebates can be processed instantly. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, and most major credit cards (surcharges apply).
How long should I book my appointment for?
- Standard appointment: For one issue, repeat prescriptions, referrals, test results, or medical certificates.
- Long appointment: For multiple concerns, skin checks, mental health support, Worker’s Compensation, or cervical screenings.
